Salamander Designs Chameleon audio/video furniture series is the latest addition to the fine furnishings by Salamander Designs. Available in four unique and elegant furnishing styles, these latest offerings come in five different configurations. Choose the design and finish that is perfect for your room! The Chameleon series furniture line shares a common internal structure with rigid, aluminum supports and fully adjustable shelving. Standard features include static ventilation for components, adjustable shelves with the ability to add others, solid doors to hide components, and one version comes with a drawer and a media organization device. Optional features include internal media drawers for any unit, fan forced cooling, remote control repeater system to allow use of your hand held remotes through the solid doors, Plasma / LCD TV mounts, lighting. The Plasma / LCD TV mounting brackets create a "floating" aesthetic that includes cable management and allows full use of the top surface of the furniture while still providing full and easy access to component connections for updates to your system and all without the expense, hassle, and damage from tearing into your homes walls.
