We can offer a gift certificate in any amount when purchasing in person and if locally, by phone. Visitors to our website may purchase gift certificates in $50 and $100 increments.
Gift certificates have no cash value and can only be redeemed for merchandise from Uptown Audio. They must be redeemed within one year of their purchase and no refunds are offered for any unused certificate or for any portions that go unused. So if you want something that is $215, buy a couple of $100 certificates and you will just pay the $15 difference at the time of purchase; (we can't refund $35 if you had purchased $250 worth of certificates). These are coupons and not revolving accounts, so let's not even ask about that as we don't want to maintain credit accounts. You will need to use the coupons for a single purchase and complete the transaction with a cash balance if one is due at that time. VA state sales tax is added to all in state sales and shipping charges are added to all out of state sales. Your gift certificates can cover these additional charges if you have them above the total amount due.
Be aware that a lot of the products that we sell and that we illustrate here on our website are for sale locally only. Others we will ship, but many not into areas supported by authorized dealers, so if you are not sure about whether or not we will ship a particular product, ask!
